I collaborated with Zsofi, while I invested in some flats in Budapest city center, to prepare them for short term rental. We set a budget and agreed together on the overall target design. Thanks to her we transformed some ugly flats with high potential in some cosy and well designed touristic accommodations. She followed the reconstruction works first, then helped with the purchase of furnitures and decoration (some of them with a special touch bought in some local flea markets) and finally started the admin work to get the permissions.
