Working closely with my client, we converted a generous ground-floor apartment in Budapest's Jewish Quarter into two separate rentals.

My intention was to honor what was worth keeping - the original windows, doors, and parquet - while building in everything a modern tenant expects.

New kitchens and bathrooms were designed within a rethought layout, and the interiors were furnished with a blend of functional new pieces and carefully chosen vintage items that give each space its own personality.
