We had the opportunity to work with Zsofia’s agency from 2019 to 2022. Our apartment was in the center of Budapest, and we wanted to rent it out on Airbnb while also keeping it available for ourselves for a few weeks each year. Zsofia first helped us with all the legal documents, for which we were very grateful as foreigners. Thanks to her extensive knowledge of the market, she listed our apartment on Booking.com and managed to generate good revenue for us. She was a reliable partner in maintaining our apartment in good condition and handling all financial matters. From 2016 to 2022 Zsófia Mácsai managed a flat for my property company. in Dohany utca, 6th district Budapest. Zsófia handled everything from all tax matters to the care and upkeep of the property. She also added personal flourishes to enhance the guests stay and experience. The best thing was the marketing Zsofia took on behalf of the flat to get so many holiday rentals and bookings. I collaborated with Zsofi, while I invested in some flats in Budapest city center, to prepare them for short term rental. We set a budget and agreed together on the overall target design. Thanks to her we transformed some ugly flats with high potential in some cosy and well designed touristic accommodations. She followed the reconstruction works first, then helped with the purchase of furnitures and decoration (some of them with a special touch bought in some local flea markets) and finally started the admin work o get the permissions. All within budget and timeframe agreed .
